[login to view URL] is a virtual currency trading platform. Interested in creating a trading bot using Virwox's API (JSON-RPC protocol over HTTPS) that will execute buy and sell orders between USD and virtual currencies automatically at specified prices. Would like bot to run on Windows XP (or higher if necessary for security). Components of trading API: - Allow users to input specific values that the bot will use to buy/sell - Additional option: allow the bot to use the "current buy/sell rate" (collected from [login to view URL]) and an offset value determined by the user to decide price to buy/sell. (Example: Current Rate is 255SLL = $1 USD. Offset Input Amount: -1%. Value Used by bot is 255*0.99 = 252.45). *Note: the bot constantly checks to see if new funds have been added and then places the order to exchange the currency at the specified prices. Primarily I would like the 'trading bot' to buy/sell: - USD ($) to Linden Dollars (SLL) and SLL to USD - SLL to Bitcoin (BTC) and BTC to SLL Please refer to the attached API Guide provided by Virwox.com. It's fairly concise and straightforward.

Hi, Do you have a preference over the language used to create this? How would you like the bot to look like? The most straightforward way is to use a browser hosting a local page(universally portable), but I can rig up a GUI if that's preferred. One obstacle I can see is that testing is going to be a problem. virwox doesn't provide demo accounts, so I don't think I'll be able to test any trading code. You would have to test it on your account to make sure it's working properly. I have over a decade of experience in coding trading systems. Although relatively new to this site, I am definitely qualified for the job. Thanks for considering me. Cheers, Shi Jun
