Hi, there is no ready made solution that replaces Quickbase and is cheaper in price or free of cost. Quickbase according to my knowledge is not only a DB solution but is a complete package giving large scale enterprises for various solutions and platforms. We of course can replicate the features modules one-by-one and this will only be a one time cost. We did make project management, ERP. HRMS like systems before, so making a SAAS based application like Quickbase could be developed using JAVA like opensource architecture with Big data concepts.
