custom and fix error to ADD SUB-ACCOUNT in fslb panel

I need modified fslb panel to work without anything stalker fslb or iks server.

Need disable send request to server in ADD SUB-ACCOUNT.(in panel when try to created sub-account SERVER: Failed to send request to server.)

Need disable Server:Port/DES Key in RESELLER ACCOUNT INFORMATION

Database sql fix or modified if necessary.

Purposes Proyect is created SUB-ACCOUNT without depending Server:Port/DES Key

and ensure that the system is working properly.
