We have SupportTrio Help Desk Software installed on our liunx shared server and its not sending out Email Queue via cron job. Although test emails via the system are working fine, Cron is not sending out any qeued emails. Cron function has been confirmed as working on the server by hosting company and advised we need a developer to have a look at the script to establish why we have an error processing the email queue. Has been working fine for the last 2.5 years and no changes have been made. Believe [login to view URL] is the file that needs to be looked at. Full ftp access given.
