Create a tracking platform

We need to develop a platform for tracking and traffic management, in several ways this platform would be similar to hassoffers ([login to view URL]). In general the platform must be the link between the Advertisers, Ad-networks and affiliates. This platform must track, measure, score, and distribute the leads(clicks) and sales of each campaign. The platform must have 4 main CRUD catalogs (Advertisers, Adnetworks, Campaigns, Pixels and reports) The advertiser catalog must save information related to advertisers like id_advertiser, name and contact info. At Adnetworks catalog we must to save information related to associated ad-networks like id_adnetwork, name, contact info, post back url and a % of sales reported. At Campaigns catalog we must include id_campaign, name, description, vigency, advertiser, and ad-networks related to this campaign (note several ad-networks could be linked to the same campaign), payout cpa, revenue cpa and target url of campaign. This module must include an additional info section (per each ad-network) where could create a testlink , get the postback url for ad-networks, the lead url and a url to catch future billing events of each conversion. The pixels catalog must include the id_pixel, id_adnetwork, postback_url. The repots module must allow to export info to excel and consolidate information to know the number of clicks and conversions of each campaign, the %CR (conversions divided by clicks and multiplied per 100) the payout cpa and revenue cpa of each campaign in a range of dates.
