Create Meal Planner Calculator On WordPress Page

Hello,
My client is requiring a meal planner where you can create meals for your meal plan tailored to your taste and macros using a larger range of proteins, carbs, vegetables and seasonings.
We have already created this type of system on one of our WordPress pages but it needs to be amended so it acts in the same way as the following meal plan builder here -[login to view URL]
A screenshot called "TGD-meal-plan" is in the attachment of what we have done so far, what we want doing when clients add meals to their basket is a checkout section similar looking to the following here -[login to view URL]
When making payment the following charges for delivery should vary depending on the postcode/zip code so for example if the postcode/zip code is HP17 then the fee is £6 or if it is HP19 then its free.
Once orders have been made and a login has been created an automatic email should go out to the client and administrator of the site mentioning details of the order.
At the moment what we have done on the page it acts very slow and needs to be faster.
