Hi I have the server VPS configured with my 3 websites running ok . Centos 7 with php and mysql and the 3 websites data and databases with mysql I am working only with snapshots in case of anything wrong happen. I already google about the best way to backup and it seems to me very tricky and I need more know how to do it and someone that can explain to me better in my case what is the best option. I have bacula installed but not configured and do not understand about it. Can you kindly help me with this? I need to backup the websites information, the DB’s , and the server configuration if anything goes wrong with server. I need a backup of the websites , and a backup of the server in case anything happens with it. I know that I can backup to the server and then remote to the backup location but I don’t know how to do it. i have a remote storage in the vendor for my storage. I want only 3 days of backups. I don’t need more. When write the last day it deletes the old one. Can you guide me for this? Thanks Regards

This is no problem. I can create a script which would use the standard mysql tools to backup the software in full to anywhere in the filesystem you'd like. The you can use standard tools to manage or move them backups at your leisure. Additionally, it would be trivial to write a script which would rotate out and keep only 3 days worth of backups. Using snapshots like you are currently doing is a good way as well, however, with some scripting we can fully automate the process and make the sure the backups are in 'logical' places with full backups.
