Create add-to-cart button from form for Wordpress in Javascript -- 3

I want to pull an add-to-cart form button out of a list object in the booking plugin i have, and put it in a shortcode.

I want to create a clickable text like in the image attached that I can easily use in a shortcode. I have a function that can pass the data to the shortcode via php, but I don't know how to copy the javascript and jquery functionality.
I will attach the plugin. The scripts we need are templates/listing/[login to view URL] and assets/js/[login to view URL]
The shortcode will hopefully loop and be able to create multiple buttons with this same functionality.
