A website that has the following options/scripts

1, Users can create accounts and then log in

2, Event: users can view events and can submit events but will stay pending in admin until approved by admin.

3 Photo Gallery Admin post images and creates gallery

4, Forum: users forums when a new user joins the site and he creates an account a forum access is created as well . ( Powered by XMB can be used or whatever forum is recommended.)

5, News added by admin

6, Newsletter Sign Up : users sign up for newsletter and admin sends newsletter they will also have option to unsubscribe from newsletter at will.

7, Banner: site have banners that admin uploads.

Admin

In admin we will make use of WYSIWYG formatting in most areas.

Ability to send message to user from admin

for banners news, events and photo gallery ability to control position on site.
