Need to have a backend website whereby the brain boards of a machine can automatically TCP into the site, have a handshake and upload and do a .csv data dump off the card into the SQL website, and accept waiting commands from the website several times a day every day. The sql website needs to be able to generate some simple reports and create invoices off the the data in the .csv file similar to what is attached. Website is not public, only admin and assistants can sign in. Has to be extremely reliable.
