I want a wordpress plugin that allows a wordpress site to: 1. Upload a *.mov video file (normally not allowed by wordpress) 2. Then Using one of the many wordpress filters (relating to media uploads) determine whether an about to be uploaded file is a ".mov" file and if it is then first convert that file to a *.mp4 file using the cloudconvert api at [login to view URL] and continue with the upload. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS 1. This plugin does not need an admin page or any modal popups JUST KEEP IT SIMPLE PLEASE NOTE a) You will not have access to my site so you will need to setup or have your own wordpress development and testing environment. b) You will need your own cloudconvert api key (which is easily gotten at [login to view URL])

Hi, I will modify the default file extensions array using the appropriate WP hook, and hook into the upload to convert the file in its temporary server location before WP processes and moves it. I have a question - would you need me to just check the file extension or check the actual file to determine its type? The former is trivial, in case of the latter I will need to revise my bid. HI , I have some question 1. What is the version of wordpress you are using now? 2. I am rephrasing your requirment just to make things clear: when a media/file is being uploaded the plugin needs to check the extension, if its a .mov file the plugin should use cloud convert api to convert the file to mp4 and store the mp4 version Thanks
