Catalog System with Admin Panel and Messaging

Hey everyone, I'm looking for someone to build an admin site management panel and a catalog system to showcase products and allow customers to select what they like and save it to their account. This should be build in PHP but can be with an framework like Laraval it also needs to be with Ajax and proper front end JS so it doesn't reload the page for every small change. The design of it should be any nice template you find so it makes development easier and you don't need to create a custom design. I attached detailed requirements and a rough wireframe to help with the concept. Please read the requirements carefully and then let me know that you read it and that you can do this project. It should be a simple project but I need to be sure you understand it before you send me an offer. If you don't read the requirements I will not consider you because I need to know you can actually deliver this perfectly without any bugs or errors. In order to know that you read the requirements, include the domain name of the website this is being built for.
