We have a simple project for a freelancer with experience with Wordpress and great attention to detail to make a responsive wordpress site based on provided designs.
Details of the site:
6 pages, including the home page, and 4 widget areas (used for the home page).
Requirements:
(1) Load time - 3 seconds or less as measured by [login to view URL];
(2) Y Slow and Page Speed A ranking.
(3) The majority of the site, including footer, etc should not be hard coded into the template files but
(4) The theme should be setup as a child theme so that it is upgrade safe
