Build Website + transactional+ customers access + API to ERP system

Hello,
We need a new website:
1-To tell more about our enterprise.
2-Need to show our products. +/- 13,000. (prices only show when customer is logged in)
3-Need to have an access for our customer (customer login and can see prices and also order)
4-The database about product, images, prices need to be linked or refreshed by an API to our ERP system. ODBC
5- Our products need to be split by categories on the website.
6- Our customers have different pricelist. Well if linked to the ERP system, it should not cause problem.
7-When customers orders from website (authorized customers) it stack orders until a trigger from our ERP make the website upload orders to our ERP.
8-We actually import orders and we have all template ready. We might need to discuss about the mapping but it should not be an issue.
9-We already have domain and hosting.
10-Only High Experienced company / Freelancer will be accepted for this job.
