Build a Website

Hey, I have a website developed using the PHP Zend (I'm told 2.0) framework. I need an experienced, fluent in English PHP Zend dev (sorry - no companies or agencies) to: 1) For when Users use time sensitive new tasks we're adding, integrate a Timezone picker for Users. 3) Add to this dropdown when creating a new Post: [login to view URL] New options will be available. a) 'Schedule Post' will open a date and time picker that a user will select a future time (to the minute) for that Post. Then, on the their home screen: [login to view URL] Where the date and time will be a link to the same datepicker where they can change the future time of this scheduled Post. The Datepicker will also have a button that says 'Publish,' which will then immediately publish the Post and remove it from being processed as a Scheduled Post. There needs to be a cron that checks for any Posts that are scheduled for that time, and Publishes them. In the Zend framework, there are two projects and some vendor projects. Users and sessions are handled via 'NZ2,' whatever that is. I wrote these two functions in the [login to view URL] Controller in my propietary project: [login to view URL] To be considered for this role, answer me these questions: i) In what directory path is '[login to view URL]'? ii) In the Zend framework, how can we extend the User object, to allow us to include Pro membership functionality - while retaining all of our previous user data, intact? ----- Scheduled Posts are the same as draft Posts, except there will be a new column in the database - 'Publish Time'. Once the cron hits the script that changes these from Scheduled to Published, it won't publish them again. b) 'Create Recurring Post' This will prompt a user by saying 'Recurring Posts are a Pro feature. Would you like to sign up for Pro now? There is a 14-day free trial.' More details below. Recurring Posts will open up a datetime picker followed by a picker for frequency, like the one you see in Google Calendar: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] And will create a new entry in User's Home: [login to view URL] Where the text under Date/time is a hyperlink to schedule a new time / frequency. It will have a new cron (unless you have better ideas than crons??) that runs 1-2x a minute and checks for recurring Posts that need sending, send them, mark them as sent this time (and not doublesend). Twitter explicitly requires all Tweets be unique, so ONLY for recurring Posts we will replace the '[login to view URL]'; or whatever link with a unique BitLy shortlink to that location followed by '&dt=' (date + time in yyyymmddhhmmss) 5) Pro membership. On the user's Home page and when attempting to create a recurring Post, they'll be prompted to upgrade to pro as 'Pro members can schedule recurring RichTweets.' There will be two levels of Pro membership, on Monthly/Yearly: 1) Reurring Posts on ALL connected accounts, 2) Recurring Posts on their MAIN account. I have set up four products (monthly / yearly) in a payment processor that's API-enabled, with 14 day trials. You'd connect the website to get them to subscribe to my processor, and then allow Pro members (by their Twitter username) access to recurring Tweets. 6) Multi-Twitter account functionality. In the top-right of the screen, beside Logout, they'll see their Twitter username. If they click this username, it'll list all of their connected Twitter accounts (with an X to logout) and below that (scrollable - shows 5 at a time) list they'll have the option to 'Add Another Twitter.' Clicking 'Add Another Account' creates a brand new Twitter login from another one of their accounts. Whichever account they're clicked on in the dropdown is the account for which they'll create Posts or view Posts for inside of Home. Thanks,
