Looking for programmer to develop a software for events and concerts. We need the following: - Ticket numbering alpha numeric - Ticker numbering based on seating segment (general, vip, etc..) - QR Code generator and export image to jpg or png - QR Code scanner and check in by android or iphone app - raffle - determine a winner based on tickets generated - ticket accounting - report generator - duplicate ticket warning - excel report export - must be in spanish and English language - database - client or purchaser information
