I have sample code of a booking style search widget which will allow people to search for a room to book. The fields front facing are;
-Number of adults
-Number of children
-Date to
-Date from
-Location -> sub location
-How many nights
All other fields are hidden as part of the send string like "client id" and a few more.
The existing script will give us the base html and css which needs to be modified to fit what the URL string needs to be. So on submit its like https://site.com/clientid=123&todate=123&fromdate=123&roomid=123 , and so on.
Sample code is [login to view URL] , but we will eliminate the JS part.
