Build and maintain a small e-commerce website

I am looking for an experienced full stack web developer to help me build and maintain a small website. It needs to be programmed in PHP, on a chosen PHP Framework, such as CodeIgniter. You must have good knowledge in web design, and strong in PHP, MySQL and at least a chosen PHP Framework. Please let me know what PHP Framework you are most comfortable in.
This will be a long term project. I will give you requirements and features to be added to the website every month, and you work on them and send to me updates from time to time.
Please only bid if you comes online every day. This is because I need to communicate with you on most days to get updates and to know what is happening. Thank you.
