We need a website which would be like any other popular eCommerce portal like Amazon. We shall have products related to Agriculture, Veterinary etc.
There should be admin module to manage the products and suppliers. Order tracking and accounting details should be managed through this module by back office staff.
A few basic features include :
-User registration and login
-Product Listing
-Searching/Sorting
-Filtering
-Add to Cart
-Secure Checkout
-Invoice generation
-Online Payment
-Order tracking
-Ratings and Reviews
This portal would be an aggregation of various suppliers and their products in 4 areas like poultry , veternary etc
Ex - ABC.
Customer portal would be a site which will have the products of these suppliers in segregated manner
Customer might order products which are manufactured and supplied by different and distinct suppliers from their ware house
one invoice of customer would have multiple suppliers to provide products ordered
Internally for this invoice each supplier would receive a purchase order linked to this invoice for delivery to customer directly
Ex - One invoice might go to 3 suppliers with unique PO numbers
Now coming to Admin Panel

Admin panel would be used by our staff to manage the suppliers and their products
Orders placed would be tracked by our staff with each supplier till delivered to customer and payment done to the supplier against each order
Suppliers would have a portal who can update the delivery of the products with each PO linked to customer invoice
and see his payments sent to them
