A document manager where users (Transcriptionists & Client) can logging, upload a document, send to any other users(Client) on system or multiple users (Clients) and allow them to review the document without able to print or edit, but mark annotations of suggested revision. Users (Clients) should able to route the document to sender(Transcriptionists) to finalize with suggested annotations of changes for users (Client) to approved. There will be admin users with rights over all the system. Users (Clients & Transcriptionists) can be registered and approved by admin or created by admin. User 1 = Admin - One user (Have right over all) Users 2 = Transcriptionist — Many users ((Register, Approved by Admin, Login, Upload, Manage Multiple Docs, View, Edit, Comment, Transcriptionist user and Mark it Ready for Client user to approve. Users 3 = Clients - Many users (Register, Login, View, Comment, Approve Transcription and Mark it Finalized or Approved) Must be familiar with this type work before bidding. See attached for more in detailed understanding of the system. <br>NO MILESTONE - PROJECT PAID IN FULL UPON COMPLETION. NO EXCEPTIONS!</br>
