Background: I manage two sites--(1) [login to view URL], a content site and (2) [login to view URL], an e-commerce site that’s on a subdomain of Un-ruly.com. Both sites have their own separate wordpress install and theme. Important: in the past when plugins were updated on [login to view URL] it would cause a 500 error at checkout because of the SSL configuration. This should no longer be an issue but I would like for proper QA-ing of both domains to take place when updates to the site are made. Ongoing Maintenance Requirements QA/Test when live Log changes This Month’s Updates [login to view URL]: Update the wordpress version and check that the below pages function properly Update plugins one by one and check that the below key pages function properly What to check [login to view URL] - make sure page loads and posts are clickable [login to view URL] - make sure loads and carousel works [login to view URL] Make sure page loads, video embed loads, related posts load, comments load [login to view URL] make sure quiz works [login to view URL] - make sure gallery toward the bottom loads and links to open videos at the top work Newsletter sign up in the footer, side bar and here [login to view URL] work [login to view URL] Update the wordpress version and check that the below pages function properly Update plugins one by one and check that the below key pages function properly What to check [login to view URL] - make sure page loads, main carousel slides, testimonials slide, press links at the bottom click [login to view URL] - toggles work [login to view URL] - toggles work, image gallery loads and photos expand upon click [login to view URL] - check that you can go through the booking process and make it to the checkout page without getting a 500 error [login to view URL] that you can add a gift card to cart and make it to the checkout page without getting a 500 error Link to Brief [login to view URL]
