I want somebody to develop an app for Android and IOS for me and I would also like a desktop site too.
I am attempting to create a modern version of a forum (think along the lines of something like Reddit.) So it is a large project so I want someone who is technically skilled and creative as I don't want something generic.
There are software's out there that can help create the app for both platforms and I would be open to someone may want to do things this way.
Please provide me with rough timescales if you wish to apply.
The milestone payments will be made as follows:
25% after android app
25% after ios app
25% after desktop site
25% after back end admin is taught to me
