add features to existing html5 video player that was customized as a prototype

look at this link [login to view URL] the features that already exists: 1. video can be seeked using the mouse wheel 2. video can be seeked by dragging the current video time mark (represented as a dot on the left side of the menu) reference 1 [login to view URL] reference 2 [login to view URL] features that needs to be added as part of the finished product: 1. the video should have a "play" button that covers the video area to the right 2. the left side menu should be all built in html (right now as part of the prototype it is half html with a background of an image). 3. the mouse scroll wheel video seek feature should work only when the mouse cursor hovers above the left side menu area. 4. the ability to drag the progress bar on the left side of the menu should remain working as it is now, only the progress bar should start from the first chapter area to the last chapter area like in the video that is shown. 5. when finishing seeking the video using the mouse wheel or when leaving the progress bar current time mark, the video should continue to play. [see reference 1] you can see in this reference how the video continues when reaching 6th second. implementing similar ability, for the entire range of the video should do the trick. 6. during each of the chapters time range, the relevant chapters names and the dots that represents each of them on the menu, needs to glow (like it shows on the video itself). 7. the dots of the different chapters and the chapters names needs to be clieckable so when clicking on a chapter name or its dot on the progress bar, the video should fast forward to where the relevant chapter starts. [see reference 2] you can see that the video fast forwarded and not jumps to specific time, this is important. notes: *all the different parts of the code needs to be well documented. *when you post your bid, you will need to provide time that you can finish the job. and how many hours should it take you. *meterials of the design will be given in order for you to be able to build the html menu correctly. *the current video that is there is not the final version but a prototype version that includes the menu. in the final video, there will not be a menu and the video should show next to the "html menu".
