Hi, I am quite well versed in java and have multiple Java programs large and small. So i don't think that task should be any problem. What does the program need to do, other then getting data from a server? Does it need GUI? Is there any security e.g. do you have an SSL certificate?

I can create basic project to connect to any website using Selenium webdriver. Got plenty of methods for other functions like find element, click, setInput etc... Easy to use and implement library. Only few minuses would be that on latest browsers versions Selenium doesn't work, so it would take time for Selenium to upgrade or use lower version of browser (example use firefox 34,0 version) (can use firefox/chrome/IE browsers) PS. in using Java.
