Cancellation Date Finder Driving Test Booking

PROJECT DESCRIPTION I require a script (preferably PHP) unless advised against that can: 1) User completes a multi-step booking form including a password 2) Online account is created (from email and password) and confirmation email is sent. Some Form data is posted to the users online account. 3) Staff member reviews the booking and can update the status from Pending to either Booked, Cancelled or On-Hold. Email is sent after staff member has review the form and updated the status. Staff member can also complete missing fields that the user cannot fill out. 4) Once order is Booked, user can search for an alternative driving test date via DSA. You will need to create a script that can search for dates via [url removed, login to view] and can integrate with DeathbyCaptcha. I will also need integrations with either Twilio API or Plivo API.
