We have a legacy email software application using both PHP and python (PHP is procedural and poorly documented. We have a # of bugs that need to be fixed urgently and planned modernizing (think Docker, RabbitMQ, Celery or Redis, MySQLr or Mongo) that we need a pro to jump in and help us with now. If you are the pro I seek, you will not hesitate to contact me, not hesitate to jump in and start fixing code (not tell me you need days or weeks to understand the environment) and start making a difference right away. This could be a VERY longterm project for the right person(s). The WRONG person will apply and disappear, make a lot of noise about what they can accomplish and then do nothing, and is the kind of pro who can jump in and put together solutions for problems without whining. If that is you, buzz me now. I am ready, willing and able to work with a REAL pro.
