Development of non-payer website

We are about to develop a website exposing debtors, non-payers and scammers on a newly registered domain. There seems to be a need for such a website in today's market. It's hard to get invoices paid, and many times the debtors goes unpunished. The idea is that the creditors will be able to post full information about the debtor and the unpaid invoice, thus exposing the non-payer and making the debt visible for anyone. We need to verify the debt before it's published, filtering out false claims. There needs to be mechanisms for the debtor to pay the debt/fee directly online, removing it from the website when fully paid. The database needs to be searchable so that debtors and their debts can be found. On each debt page, there should be a comment field, for both the debtor and creditor to publicly write their comments. The website is created with Wordpress and MySQL.
