Development of a Statement of Work (SOW) Web-based Tool

Background: We need a web-based tool developed that will allow Companies and Contractors in the Oil & Gas Industry to create, edit, save, download and print a Statement of Work (SOW) and Proposal that would become part of their contract. The tool would be utilized from within a Wordpress website, with both Companies and Contractors able to later access the SOW and Proposal for review or future needs. Functionality: - Standard questions to be completed by a Company automatically populate a Word document - Contractor can preview the resulting SOW, edit any portion, and save their work at any time - At a later time Contractor can return to website/tool to retrieve their SOWs created and saved - SOWs can be duplicated, then edited by Contractor and saved to save data entry time, effort - The end result is a Contractor’s Proposal based upon the SOW that can be signed by Company - Backend access to the tool allows Administrator(s) to retrieve any and all SOWs that are saved - Content management system allows Administrator(s) to modify a library of standard questions - All SOWs identified by date/time saved. Deletion of any SOWs should be logical, not physical.
