Develope tool for Wordpress publishing -- 2

Each month, I need to publish a lot of blogs on different Wordpress blogs. Therefore I am looking for a freelancer who can program the following tool making the publishing process easier. The blogs need to be done for different customers (“projects”). In the posts, different keywords need to be linked and a picture needs to be published. The tool needs to have the following specifications: Admin Area: - Create a new directory for a new month - Create new projects (and their keywords as well as links) - Create new categories of blog posts (and upload pictures for each categories) - Save / edit the existing blogs for publishing (incl. mysql connection information) - See the results of the article writers Writer Area: - A writer can login in the tool and sees the overview with the history of the month. - By clicking on a month, a writer sees the headlines of the text already posted this month - By clicking on the headline, the writer can modify the posts again. For final submittment, writer needs to click on a button “submit text” - In addition, writer has the option to add a new text to that month directory - Detailed information regarding the submitting page will be provided after contracting – just small excepts: => Writer chooses on the submitting page the project and the keyword where the text shall be published => By typing in the title of the post in a field, another field is filled automatically with the title Publisher area: - in the publisher area, the publisher has the option to see and modify the written texts - furthermore, publisher can determine the category of the post (inside the post, a random picture of that category is implemented via html tag then) and set keywords in a different field - In the text, the publisher sees, the keywords to be linked are automatically set (attention! Just at publisher area, writer does not see the keyword): That shall happen that way that in the database, keywords to be linked and URL are saved for each keyword). Script shall now find the time of the first usage of the keyword and link to the link - in addition to that, publisher can determine the date of the publishment on the blog - furthermore, publisher selects the URL, where the blog shall be posted - at the end of the site, publisher has a button “Send text to Wordpress blog”. By clicking on that button, the following happens: The relevant part of the tool database is copied into the database of the wordpress blog. Therefore, the database information are set in the admin area together with the blog. - The URL of the blogpost can be calculated automatically by http://www.[domain]/[title]/ - For each project within a month directory, I want to have a list with the following information: [Date of the blogpost] [URL of the blogpost] [Date of the 2nd blogpost] [URL of the 2nd blogpost] … …
