Develop A Application for phone and website

Hi, I would be interested to develop this application where user can download the audio file of birthday message with name , I can put different different types of audio message then user can create listen and download the same file. Hi, I am a student who is good at coding in python and I have done many projects with it. I don't get any idea how to do this, and one way is getting default birthday song and at the point of name convert text to speech and then add it,, but the problem is it won't be synchronous. I saw a website called 1happybirthday which has many names as default and they have songs for that and if you are interested I can create a windows software which can directly link to that,like if they enter the name it will automatically search from that site and plays the song.
