Decompile and Update Opencart Translation App

I have a translation app for Opencart that needs update to work with latest version 2.3.0.2
The app uses google translate for translating categories product options etc in Opencart
It finds category total products etc in Opencart but unable to Translate
if possible to decompile the file and make an update to make it work
