Database content replacement and search of the replaced values -- 2

Part I : We have a database in which we need to replace a given value (or values) from specific fields in 15 tables. We also need to keep the replacement info (original value, new value, timestamp). You are free to select the new values (even random) given a couple of simple constraints. This must be implemented in PHP 5.3.1 and be a single PHP Class. Part II : Create a simple web form (no CSS or other formatting required) where the user can ask for one or more values for a given date and on submit (based on the table of substitutions mentioned above) the page should show the list of the old values and next to each one the current value that has replaced the old one in the database. This must be implemented in PHP 5.3.1 and be a form and a single PHP Class. Important there might be cascaded replacements through time. E.g. Value A may have been replaced be value B (A -> B) and then B -> C and then C -> D. So depending on the requested timestamp the answer will be different. In both parts the configuration must be a separate class or array with the configuration options that will be given as a parameter to the class constructor. Think simple, suggest your solution and keep in mind the budget. E.g. probably no JS will be necessary for this proejct, values can be given as lines on a multiline textarea.
