You need to automate the order tracking, processing and scheduling the request from your customer , need to understand the work out of excel and it's format for better understanding to create the workflow. I'm expirienced in some Order/Task, Assignment/Completion solutions based on SharePoint. At least three slightly different solutions I created: 1) Concurrent Order/Tracking system for transportation -- 45 trucks/lorries under control of 8-12 managers in realtime on everyday use, up to 80 orders per day, random customers, short term reservations up to 2-3 days. Main task: resources assignment to avoid concurrent conflict, work status visualization, optimization of workload; Calendar and Archive for 1 year 2) Long term reservations for transportation company (international and nationalwide ). Now in process, up to 20 heavy trucks with longtime reservation process (weekly, monthly plan) for stable customers (templated routing). Main task: simplifying pre-Order registration process for realtime GPS monitoring, visualization (Charts). Aproach to wall screen visualization (in process) similar to departure/arrival board in railstation/airport. 3) Driving school network (25 offices). Schedule(Calendar) for Lessons, Drivers(Instructors), Students, Class, Schools. Main task: to create common software based UI for centralized operations, visualization of car usage process, accounting of real time of training, tracking of cash flow. If none, a have expirience for setup from the scratch SharePoint servers on AWS.
