Customize a Wordpress Theme to Include Certain Features

Hi, I have purchased a theme on [login to view URL] and I have to have it customized to include some features. They have customized the BACKEND PANEL which is making it hard to simply add a plug-in to get the functionality I need. Here is my domain: [login to view URL] Here is what I need done to the theme: When you scroll over to any of the categories the listings will be displayed in “grid” form. I would like default to be list form. Please remove grid view from categories. The home page CAN remain grid view. Only list view within category and sub-category. On homepage: The grid view images should be decreased in size to have “4” per row NOT “3”. I should always have an option to increase amount of rows on homepage. Right now it’s “2”. I would like maybe 5 rows. Will like FEATURED” listing images to rotate every 20 seconds or per page refresh. I need each category or sub-category to have the ability to have 3 sticky posts on top. I installed the plugin, but because of a custom backend it’s no allowing me to select sticky posts to be included to the top. These sticky posts must be at the top of the corresponding category. Here is what I need in reference to this in point-form: Have 3 being displayed at a time randomly rotating every 20 seconds or when the page refreshes. The top Have the top “3” sticky posts in the category/sub-cats to be highlighted by border. Will discuss color after/ In appropriate category and sub-cates...display related listings however only if over "4" star review. The theme includes a review system already. On submission form of listing the person submitting should be able to request category if not already in the system. This will allow us to add it later on without having to add it beforehand. After request we will add listing category and add person to appropriate category. Please quote for this and if anything else than I will discuss and we can adjust pricing.
