I need a Custom Prestashop Delivery Module with the following functionality: - The user doesn’t need to register an address to checkout a cart but he must be logged. - The delivery step of the checkout must show a locality dropdown and below it, a list of the possible locations of the selected locality where the customer can pickup the product. The developer should have a good experience developing prestashop modules and should be able to show his portfolio if it required before starting the project.
