Create a website where customers can look for and find artists

Create a website where a customer can look for an artist or musician based on certain criteria (like different music styles, types of gigs, region, cost range, language skills...). Customers should be able to send an email automacitcally to one or all search results in the ranking (emails should be kept) to request more information or to visit the site. In a second part musicians should be able to create their profile (including pictures and links to soundclips or video's on youtube and similar platofrms. In a third part of the site administrators should be able to change criteria;,paswords but also change subscriptions Artist should be able to have a profile (Free, Paying type 1, paying type 2, prefered and other) togetehr with periods at which time teh profile is automatically degraded (Msuiccians should be warned and given the chance to renew in advance) * Free accounts: should be in the lower search criteria * Paying type 1 should be on top of the search * Paying type 2 should be completely on top with picture next to it * Prefered rank should rank highest but also get small banners on other parts of the site. * Other: should not be in the ranking but only get banners (for non-musician publicity). The sit should be professional looking, fast loading and not too much animation. The site should preferably use easy available and upgradeable software.
