Create a single page chess game

I need a single page chess application where two users can play online chess. The requirements are:

1. it should use web sockets to detect user disconnection.

2. game move should be recorded in the DB and shown on the page.

3. Game timer should be available so that players can have a time limit for the game.

4. Time taken to make each move should be recorded.

Any and all data shall be stored in the mysql DB.

No flash, everything should be mobile/tab friendly. I prefer to have it done in PHP mysql, jquery, html5.

If you have previous experience in building games, it will help in getting this job. Show me some of your previous game experience. If you are the right kind of developer this can turn into full time work.

It goes without saying that the users should be restricted to making legally valid chess moves.
