Create registration, login, email confirmation and payment

We need someone to work on an existing Wordpress site. The overall design is done but the user accounts need to be worked on. There are two different account types for the website as follows: EMPLOYER: User Register Email confirmation Payment (subscription access) update profile post jobs (for paid subscribers) search job applicant profiles (for paid subscribers) private messaging with job applicants JOB APPLICANT: User Register Email confirmation update profile search job postings apply for jobs create resume private messaging with employers We have the theme setup and designed, plugins ready but we need someone to complete the process. Freelancer must sign an NDA. Thanks.
