Create images from database automatically

Hello all, I have a database of 150 people, and need to create some personalised signature pictures of them. I need a script/webpage/program/excelplugin or anything else to do this automatically by reading data, either from a database, an excel sheet, CSV file or what you prefer This needs to run automatically on a daily basis Each signature picture contains: 1) Their profile picture (in round format) 2) Thier name + title 3) A smaller image of their assistant 4) Name of their assistant 5) Title of their assistant 6) Location of assistant 7) Room/locale of assistant Not all users have assistants, these will not be present on all images Location of text + assistant + image is the same on all 150 images Please let me know how you would create this, and what format you need the input data in Thank you!
