Since this a web scraping and excel writing , this can be done very quickly as i have done similar script of URL or IP address reputation check from website and write the same in excel file. Hence I feel this as a easy going task. to be in a safer side, i Have marked as 2 days. But this task can be completed within a day.

Hi I can write a script that can run as a cron job and fetches the data in the red circle and write to the Log file. But technically, in 1 second its not possible. Nobody can do this. It can go to 5-7 seconds, because it needs an Internet Call that itself takes some seconds. Let me know if you are interested, I can build the code in 30 mins and deliver you.

Is it necessary to be coded in Python? 2. About the log file, do you want to update the new value in every line like if 129.00 changes to 129.99 then log file will contain:- "129.00 129.99 ..........." OR Whenever the value changes the old value is overwritten with new value like if 129.00 changes to 129.99 then log file will contain only 129.99 unlike above!
