The whole project can be split into the following bigger steps/milestones.
1) Create a Wordpress Theme
Create a custom WordPress theme on the basis of a given homepage design. The homepage is online and accessible. The complexity of the design is medium. There will be a top header for logo/banner, a top menu, a second level side menu etc. Simple, but efficient structures. More details and the link to the webpage will be given in a private message.

2) Make CSS Customization for integrated plugins

It is important that these plugins are seamlessly integrated into the website's design.
