Hi, I read your description, i will create a same as your requirement and simple wordpress website which can be used as to share the facebook links. we will also put "what on your mind" box like facebook and also design for sharing visibility with making the admin moderator

So you would like to have a site that will build posts from backend aka admin panel and anonymous users would be able to like or dislike that post or to be able to share it on other socials ?
