We needed RealEstate Website ([login to view URL]) within 3-4 days. Its a very simple website. We needed following requirements.
Admin will post the properties for 3 categories (For Sale, For Rent & Property Investment). All 3 categories property will display in 3 different pages.
We should update header & footer social links, contact details for footer and contact us page and other contents in the website from backend.
Later we needed this website in 4 - 5 languages as well as we regularly needed website development services, so if we like ur work then we will hire you permanently.
1. Home page - Having Search option overlay on slider. In home page it will display 15 recent properties.
2. Property for sale page - It will display all for sale properties,
3. For rent page - It will display all for rent properties.
4. Property Investment page - It will display some text in paragraph which we can update it from backend and then there will be Property Investment properties same like for sale & for rent page.
5. Property detail pages - It will have property images in slider and in gallery of particular property. There will be a map of that property and property details with some custom text paragraph as in given link. We needed Enquiry form in this page, when visitor will fill this form then it will mail to us directly with that property title and link.
6. Contact us – Contact form and company details. (We can update these from back-end. We needed contact form also in this page.
7. There will be more 2 pages where we will write about the company and FAQ.
8. In footer we needed newsletter, where visitors need to select any one or all three options and give their mail id.
9. In backend we needed option to create a folder for uploading images during posting the property.
10. After completing this work you need to transfer it to our server perfectly.
For this work I have 100 usd budget and needed it in 3-4days. If you agree then only bid. I'll release amount after I see the final work.
