Create a WordPress Template

My site is [login to view URL] A business directory WordPress site. I need some additional features as listed below created. 1. Referral program: this will allow people to earn for referring paid listing to the platform. 2 level of referral only. 2. Selling advertising space: this feature is already in place, but need to modify it so I can charge for clicks, impression and targeted ad. 3. Fund deposit: allow member to deposit fund to their account either to buy ad space or charge for listing. 4: Newsfeed/ interaction column: this will work like Facebook new feed so business and customer can interact on the website. 5. Request a service/ job rendered: this feature allow member to post and request for a certain services he or she needed rendered, then professional on the site can apply for the service or job. 6. Bump up listing: this enable user to bump up its listing to top from bottom for better visibility. This are the features I need in place on my site.
