Hello, I can create wordpress plugin from scratch to accept coupons feed from API. It could be accepted in json, csv or xml format. Lets name this plugin cffa = coupon_feed_from_api. The plugin could be installed on any wordpress web-site. The plugin will provide some settings in wp-admin area, like url to a feed and time of interval to update. All the data from feed would be parsed and place as custom post_type "coupons". Details we can discuss via chat here. If it is necessary, I can create an option to output feed via shortcode like [cffa_feed_display]. So this shortcode could be placed on any page/post to output data.
