We are looking for a web developer who can create a website offering "blocking fraud IP from Google AdWords".
Requirements:
1) Website design based on WordPress or a different engine with a shopping card
2) Software. It must detect double IPs clicked on AdWords accounts. There should be API linked to our AdWords account
3) CMS. User firendly. Users must be able to see/generate reports
