This project concerns a calendar/agenda that can be managed with a backstage interface as well as the possibility to allow clients to book their own appointments on moments that are previously defined.
It will work very securely, fast and both user interfaces (administrators and clients) will be user friendly.
This agenda uses a calendar that automatically confirms the appointments and will be configured to automatically send recall reminders six months after the last booking.
The idea includes a database with basic information of the client and the date of their last appointment.
The Database must be able to carry more task automatically, and that is why a deep knowledge of SQL server and MySQL are required.
This system will allow clients to login (user portal) to consult their basic info and to have access to more specific or sensitive subjects.
They may modify their basic information, but NOT directly in the database! Monitoring and moderating the data is essential.
This web based application or collection of applications will first be tested without any graphics and/or creative lay-outs, themes or skins.
Once it is fully operational, graphics, a main theme and other media can be applied.
Some very important goals are that the application loads fast and is highly responsive, since nowadays mobile users get priority in layout and user interface.
Scales needed: SQL server, MySQL, PHP, Javascript, Drupal, HTML5, Marketing and Communication, Graphic Design.
