Convert EPA C++ DLL project to VB.NET

The EPANET software is a public domain code written in C++ for the prediction of water through pipes. The public domain license allows free access to use and modify this code. We want to convert the source to VB.NET to allow closer integration and modification with our existing software. The end result VB.NET DLL should work the same as the C++ DLL The project is large consisting of around 22 linked files. The C++ project will load and compile in DEV-C++ (attached EPANET_C++.zip) To make the project easier to complete, we've run the C++ project through Tangible Software converter to provide auto-converted VB files to you (attached [login to view URL]) , hopefully saving a lot of tedious conversion. Where there is a potential conflict or problem between languages, the converter has marked "'C++ TO VB CONVERTER WARNING" This software converts to VB around 95% accurately, and its only the C++ array memory management issues (normally handled automatically in .NET) and some C++ specific functions that will need modification. Linking everything back together (functions, structures, classes, variables) in VB.NET to run in the same way as the C++ version will be the challenge.
