Requirements - A script / app can be stand alone or based in WP if its simpler for the coder. The app must scrape a defined list of sites and either through rules set it posts content to within Joomla and specifically the Mosets Tree App used. The second mode would be on demand / manual where the user selects which articles to repost. The app needs to copy the meta description and and have the option of in manual mode allowing the user to edit the title or content. It is preferable the app can rewrite some of the article but not a requirement
