Hello, I'm an very experienced MS Access/Excel developer. I've created databases like the one you've provided for a number of Australian companies like BUPA, NAB and AustralianSuper. I only recently created a database for a regional health provider which integrated into their SQL server online database (Office 365). My fee would include: -Integration of the mySQL database tables into the local Access db -Creating a timer function and form for kicking off communications with mysql -Other requirements as agreed during initial discussions.
